I bought this belt to help me with those heavy lifts… and boy has it paid off! Not only have my squats went up (155lbsx10reps to 255×10) but my deadlifts (185×8 to 315×5) and bench (185×10 245×5) as well! The belt fits great, and the contours are a nice addition. I highly recommend this to people wanting to lift serious weight!
