About the Exercise log Sheet
I generally change my fitness routine every 12 weeks in order to add variation to my fitness program, so my exercise log sheet is based on a 12 week fitness routine, but it can be used for any number of weeks as you wish. Every week I check my body mass index (BMI) and weight and update them to the spreadsheet. I log how many times I do a weight training sessions and cardio sessions per week.

Many first time bodybuilders are often worried and feel intimidated about joining a gym because bodybuilding is often associated with abnormal physiques and steroid junkies who’ll stop at nothing to achieve the ultimate body. In reality this isn’t the case.
There are millions of people who go to the gym every week simply because they want to look and feel better and weight training is the best way to achieve this.
