A shock or a jolt can also be looked as a wakeup call, a call to action. Bodybuilding shock methods are designed to wake up your muscles and stimulate growth. Shocking your muscles will lead to greater power and stronger muscles.
Shocking your muscles in bodybuilding is more than just adding some weight or changing your workout routine. It is a dramatic alteration of your bodybuilding workout.
