Unlike most other Amino acid pills….aka…..HORSE PILLS.
These are easy to swallow and they dont stink like other brands.
And all you need is four (4) with every main meal of the day (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)
I also add four (4) before and four (4) after i train and that works for me.
You’ll surely see an improvment in size/definition and strenght…just make sure you maintain a proper and health diet.
Remember…THERE IS NO MIRICLE PILL !

My knees cannot be replaced. My doctor recommended walking aids and a wheelchair for bad days. I take 8 pills every day, and I am able to walk again with only reasonable stiffness and discomfort. I can even walk slowly around Wal*Mart!
I do not know if it will work for everyone, I just know it works for me and is every bit important as my anti-depressant and blood pressure medications.

Not a bad product at all…helps your muscles develop more rapidly after exercise. The only problem is the amount of tablets that have to be taken…Its a bit much.

I’m a weight lifting newbie and my boyfriend who’s ex-marine told me that he used to spend all his money buying smokes and amino acid/creatine on the ship(he was 200 lbs w/ 4% body fat), so I decided to give it a try.
I’ve been lifting weights for about 3 weeks now (3-4 times a week, 45 minute each session) and my weight hasn’t changed much (mabye a couple pounds down) but I can already see the definition in my arms, back, and legs. I’m looking forward to my weight lifting session instead of dreading it because of the amino fuel. It really gives the boost and energy, and your muscles feel tingly instead of sore the next day. I only took twice a day instead of three times a day (4 pills after breakfast and another 4 after dinner).
The bottle only lasted about 7-10 days, so it’s not cheap (I let my boyfriend take some with me) but I am convinced enough to buy more. I’d rather spend money on products like this than some diet pills out there. I agree with the other reviewers about the pills being too big (about twice as big as your normal multi vitamin), and I had it stuck in my throat once but you get used to it.
Plus after you see the result and knows that it works, big sized pills really didn’t bother me.
I’m thinking about sending my testimonials to Twinlab with my before and after photos in about 6 months
Well, I guess this review was more useful to females who are interested in building some muscle mass and definition like I do, not for the weight lifting experts. haha.

I have bought twin labs before and they have been very effective, however the amino acid pills didnt really do anything for me personally. I take the twin labs strength creatine pills and those work amazing.
I am 21 yrs old male 185lbs. i work out 4-5 times a week. Working out to gain mass.
Heres a few things have to say:
The pills are gigantic. I dont mind taking larger pills but i havent seen any pills this big. Although they are easy to swallow just beware they are a bit big.
The label says to take three after each meal. I took three twice a day and i dont think the extra three would have changed my opinion about these. 9 a day seems a bit much to me.
When i take the twinlabs creatine strength pills i really feel a pump when i go to the gym, but with these i didnt feel anything. From what ive read they are supposed to help in recovery and build muscle but i didnt really see any difference.
I took these religiously for a month and i didnt see any weight gain attributed to taking them. Ive gained about 15 pounds in the past two months but i think it is more directly related to eating more, working out hard and drinking protein shakes. I havent taken them in a few weeks and i am still seeing gains.
I think when it comes to pills, we are all affected differently. Whereas the strength ones work for me these might work for someone else. I didnt see any additional benefits but that shouldnt deter you from trying them yourself.
Everyone reacts differently so try many different things until you find what your looking for. I have tried about 10 different brands of protein shakes until i finally found one that i liked and one that made me gain weight. I recommend muscle tech products more specifically the nitro tech is a great protein shake. Thanks for reading.
