Build muscle in the quickest amount of time,,
I have never managed to work out for more than a week or two at a time. I just hate working out. Unfortunately, this dislike has negatively impacted me – with weight gain and loss of “strength” to do the everyday things now that I’ve hit 40. I have said for years that I didn’t even have any muscles in my body – that’s how untoned I was. The great thing about Darden’s ideas is the brief amount of time it takes – 15 minutes three times a week. I’m starting my 8th consecutive week and I’m really enthused with my progress. I have muscles in my arms and legs that I never had. My back muscles are beginning to be noticable. I haven’t lost any weight – but I haven’t attempted the diet part of his book. I’m just happy right now that I’ve found something I can stick with that builds metabolically active tissue so that when I do start dieting my body will burn fat and allow me to lose weight.

I read this book and followed all it’s steps including the diet. It worked excellently. I lost inches. I was overweight by much but I needed a lot of toning. I wanted to have a waist. I was in the best physical shape ever after six weeks. I plan on doing the program again. Now after 2 children I need my shape back and I know for a fact following this program will give it to me.
