I tried 3 Muscle building coursesCharles Atlas did very little for me. Joe Weider self proclaimed trainer, gave me a lot of B.S. but did not deliver. Dan Lurie gave me the body I always dreamed of having.I would recommend this training book to all that really want to build a he=mans body. My arms today at age 50 are 20 1/2 inches. My chest is55 inches. Bodyweight 235 lbs. Years ago I competed with Lou Ferrigno.He told me that is was Dan Lurie who trained and helped him in Brooklyn N.Y.At age 19 he won the WBBG Title of Teen Age Mr. America a contest that Dan Lurie sponsored.

I’m a non beleiver. So I tried this Body Building system as a joke. I put very little efford into it. After 30 days i put on 5 lbs .Looked the same ,felt O.K.The next 30 days I put more efford in the exercises,,,,Wow I gained 10 lbs more. From 124 lbs in 60 days jumped to 139 lbs. I started to beleive that this Dan Lurie Body Building course was on the level.Well its now 2 years later. At 6ft. my body weight is 225 lbs of solid muscle. After competing in some muscle shows I finaly won a major title. Mr Hawaii. I owe everything to Dan Lurie a true Trainer of Champions. I’m now a beleiver.

If you a new to weight training or looking for some home gym type training, this book can help. Dan Lurie was a physique contestant back in the early 40′s and was a repeated runnerup in the AAU Mr. America and winner of every subdivision prize. He was the original trainer for Lou Ferrigno and did a lot for Big Lou.
Lurie also ran a very succesful bodybuilding organization known as the World Bodybuilding Guild that competed very well with Joe Weiders IFBB back in the late 60′s and early 70′s. He also had a successful magazine Muscle Training Illustrated that lasted from 1965 to 1991.
Unlike other self proclaimed “trainers of champions”, Lurie has been a successful competitive bodybulder and just as importantly has the ability to teach and train. His bodybuilding system is worth a look if you want to maximimize your results.

Dan Lurie was my childhood hero. He did tremendous feats of strenth and held World records.For years I watched him as the circus muscle man.I read all his muscle building magazines.Everyone should read this book. At age 60 I”m in great shape. I feel like a teenager. Do 100 pushups every morning.Still use ligt weights.

My friend showed me your book on building a better body. I am a girl and was afraid to try your program. It’s now six months of training and I lost 30 lbs. I use very light weights and enjoy my three days a week work out. Your book is great and I highly recommend it! Good luck.
