		<description>Hi there Wade,

It is unfortunate that there are so many people who are so easily swayed by the hype and quick fix promises of the drugs scene.

I too spent a small while fiddling around with barely legal pills that I would pop every morning which, looking back now, probably screwed my metabolism up completely.

However, I would like to say this to anyone that is feeling deflated with their gym sessions: building naturally (i.e. without steroids, supplements etc.) is absolutely possible as proven by people like Tom Venuto and Vince DelMonte.

In fact, Vince DelMonte is by definition, a hardgainer. He used to be a marathon runner and if you&#039;ve seen any of his old pics, he&#039;s like a STICK!

To cut a long story short, he learned from the best, and devised a workout, rest and meal plan that allowed him to put on muscle until he was lean at 210lbs with about 8% body fat.

Do you think that&#039;s something that you could do? You better believe it.

So far I&#039;ve managed to put on 2.5kg&#039;s muscle within only 2 weeks!
