i do 100 situps 50 reps with my barbells and 30 pushups i have noticed a little diference in my arms and chest.

Can someone tell me where can I possibly find 300 grams of proteins per day? I want to get it from food, if its even possible?

you can get 54 gram’s of protein by eating a medium 200g packet of salted nuts.
300 grams of protein a day for a 200 pound man at 6 meals a day thats 50 grams per meal way to much protein i eat 100 grams per day and built better than most people i see
4 days a wk i get that should stay with guidelines 30 mins everyday not lifting weight but walking and jogging

Thats actually not much. Most Pro bodybuilders bump it up to 2g of protein per lb of bodyweight on their offseason to gain mass.
i dunno about 1.5 to body wieght ratio but more like 1 to 1

Yeah, I do triceps, biceps and the 3 he mentions on this video. Those are 5 moves and 4 sets of 15 reps each. About 10 minutes all together, but I alkways do the 5th set of 15 reps to see how far can I go.
so you’re saying your arms right. meaning in 10 minutes you can do at least 4 sets for your biceps, triceps, rear delts, front delts, side delts, forearms upper and lower. i wont even get into the different parts to your biceps triceps and other muscles.
I said 10 minutes just fo the arms, but the whole body takes about an hour, but is not about if it works or not, it is about how fast your arms fail to continue.
if it works for you i guess so but i will tell you that all those fitness guys you see in good shape are not working out once a week for 10 minutes.
I work out to failure, to the point you can’t even move your arms, and it takes less than 10 minutes to get to that point, but 4 days of pain after that.
yeah but as your muscles get stronger your body adds more muscle and your body starts to get used to the stress and resistance you won’t feel as sore if at all. on my bicep days i work them at least half an hour.

It is enough time, I worked my arms for less than 10 minutes and I was sort for 5 days.
correct, it is not enough time so don’t work out your whole body once a week try to go 3 times a week =D
1 and 1/2 is enough time for a full body work out. It’s cool we only need to work out once a week and be in shape and then just do cardio the other days.
