I don’t know if its strength what you need but most of the time you cant do 50 bars because you get agitated rapidly, that is why you need to run and get condition.

It is actually pretty easy to do, I weight 150, and my height is 1.87, I do not weight so much so I can pull me whole body easily.

how about if im already slender but want to build up muscle mass, i guess it works the same?
@ppincredible00 milk goes well with protein powder, increases its intake in the body. But it should not sub your water, because drinking too much milk will get you fat because it has alot of carb( simple carb) and fat. Also generic store brends of milk might be jacked with growth hormones. So drink organic and low fat.

Interesting video. I think thats a good idea rotating food, making the ‘boredom’ not so boring (if tha tmakes sense), I tihnk the same can be applied to training, rotate you rep ranges, training type, whatever. It’s an effective way to not get too stale.
