this guy is stupid, just lift and do cardio, but you have to lift for strength because lifting for toneness wont do any good if ur fat
@yuckyfart cardio is geting your heart pumping and keeping it goin for about 30 minutes 3 to 4 times a week
yeah, definetly retarded, the more muscle you have in your body the more calories your body burns. i lost 10 pounds in a week from starting with semi heavy lifting and 20 minutes or so of cardio AFTER my workout. and a couple days of JUST cardio. you can get results both ways. every ones body is different, whos to say you can’t do this and you can’t do that and my ways right and your ways wrong. stfu find a program that works for you dont listen to douches that think they know it all.

2) Exercise two three times a day
3) give your body time to recover
A sound knowledge of the working muscles and were they are in the body is an essential need to be successful in building muscle. If you know were a certain muscle is in your body and you know its function and you are doing an exercise for that muscle and you can feel it stressing you know you are doing the exercise correctly – its so easy to do an exercise wrong
There is a big difference between training to build muscle and training to be toned
When you become toned you then have to change your training routine to make the muscles stronger and bigger
This guy knows what he`s talking about heres why – like he said when starting training you need a to focus on what you are trying to achieve you cannot build muscle and burn fat at the same time they require completely different training routines. To build muscle you use heavier weights and less reps in a set this routine will not burn fat to burn fat and to become toned not bigger but toned you use lighter weights and more reps in a set

You can gain muscle and loose fat, cause I did as well, I don’t think he’s ever been fat.
I don’t know if this guy is right I had a weight problem and my trainier made me to weights and cardio at the same time. Not only did I lose weight but I gain muscle after 3 months of hard work and dieting.
@DDKGlitches agreed, this guy has no clue what he is talking about…. lots of protein and very low carb intake… Have a good workout routine 4-6 times a week. You will be able to accomplish both
you can do both at the same…. high amounts of protein, low carb intake… will allow you to do both
@DDKGlitches Don’t do cardio everyday. You lose testosterone from it hampering or even stopping muscle growth. I have tuesdays and thursdays as cardio days along with maybe Saturday.

how do you find out your body fat?
just exercise and you´ll see the results.. i go to gym 3 days a week and i really push hard.. i really have noticed the difference.. you have to be patience,, dont give up
you need at least 4 days a week 11/2 hour each day the reason you need that extra 1/2 hour because in that time you should do cardio. 15 min. before your workout and 15 min. after your workout. it is important to run and lift weights.
you have to be very patient and consistent.

Keep it up! I used to be just like you, from 4 untl 14 1/4 I was an ultra fatass. Spontaneously on sept I started workin out almost 7 days a week. I ate VERY healthy and I lost 30 pounds of fat and I went from 21% body fat to 13% body fat. I did it all in one year and now I’m that guy who catches the ladies attention
