Body Building Meal Example
www.BARTHELFITNESS.com This is a typical Meal of mine, im going to try and show the types of meals I eat to give people and Idea of my diet! I personally love eating like a bodybuilding, its the food I love because I know it does the body good!

@bicmyflic25 all i can say is you must not of put the hard core training sessions in OR if you went from 2-3 meals a day to 6-8 over night you need to build up to it… 3-4 4-5 6-7 7-8 you see? if i told a skinny boy next door to start eating 8 meals a day of course he will gain fat.
stay away from rice…… even if it’s brown

@bicmyflic25 your fault for being to lazy to research a bodybuilding diet. it doesn’t matter how many meals you eat, the total macronutrients and calories matter more.

@amazingdany not true… your just fat and need excuses. go to sams clup or costco or any whole sale store and buy in bulk. brown rice is cheap and chicken breasts are cheap so stfu and get to work

People are out to live upto 35. Best example are women. They are fertile between 20-30. After that shouldn’t have kids and loose vitality very quickly.
3% body fat? That’s totally unnatural. People need fat to survive long periods of food shortages.
Only the modern technology allows us to live longer and do sports for no reason. If we were to live in the forrest hunting deer and searching for berries every single day of our lives (just as people have done until 2-3k years ago)
Wanna know why humans ought to have a body fat percentage between 3% and 5%. And why humans are supposed to reach an age somewhere between 110 and 154.

@bicmyflic25 What I’ve realized is that people on Youtube don’t know what Google is and don’t realize there are bodybuilding forums (and no bodybuilding..com’s goofy teenage kid forum doesn’t count) filled with thousands of dudes to answer your questions, as opposed to just one random dude. As well as thousands of threads that can be viewed and searched with 1,000 times more info than youtube.

Not everybody can spend $300+ weekly for 5-6 daily healthy meals, unfortunately.

I dont want to eat so much. I’m tired of the chewing! Can I lose bodyfat without eating so much? How about three meals and weightlifting? I dont want food to encompass my whole life.
no offense im bored with “bodybuilding meals” videos. its not nuclear science, bodybuilders eat the way anybody shoul eat, good piece of protein and some quality carbs. Only difference is they eat way more meals than a regular person should in my opinion. Its funny someone told me i need to eat 6 to 8 meals a day to gain muscle, he forgot to mention small extremely balanced meals, and i gained fuckin 15 pounds of lard.
